Blue Marlin Realty welcomes Jerry Stalkner as new broker associate

Blue Marlin Realty recently announced the addition of Jerry Stalnaker, who joins the team of real estate professionals as a broker associate.

Stalkner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in project management from Auburn University. He received his Masters degree in the same field from Troy University. Stalkner also completed Senior Level Management School for the United States Air Force. His real estate licenses include the Florida Community Association Manager’s license as well as the Florida Real Estate Salesman & Broker’s license.

As a native to the Emerald Coast, Stalkner has worked in the local property management field for 15 years. Most recently, he worked as the general manager and broker of record for Jetty East Condominiums, where he was heavily involved with beach renourishment projects.
