Mary Skinner, a 13-year real estate professional, joins Cindy Cole Fine Homes as broker associate. She will expand the specialty firm’s concentration further into Walton County with a focus on serving the needs of luxury buyers, sellers, and investors along 30A.

“As we carefully and strategically grow, we will hold true to our brand and mission to ‘serve the unique needs of the luxury buyer and seller through innovative marketing and specialized market knowledge,’” said Cindy Cole, broker and owner of CCFH. “Mary’s vast real estate experience, skilled marketing knowledge and respected community involvement are a perfect fit for our brokerage and a coup for buyers and sellers of 30A properties.”

Before joining CCFH, Skinner served as sales manager for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors for the Destin and 30A markets. During her career, Skinner has overseen half a billion dollars in real estate sales and managed more than 150 agents. As broker associate with CCFH, Skinner will focus on luxury, income-producing real estate along 30A.

“The growth of the 30A market presents a great opportunity for the savvy investor,” says Skinner. “I’m looking forward to sharing my expertise with that segment of the market.”

CCFH also adds Pam Tedesco, best known as the former president of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce, as listing coordinator. Under Tedesco’s leadership, the Walton County Chamber of Commerce received the American Chamber of Commerce Executives’ prestigious national Award for Excellence twice, an achievement completed by only seven chambers of commerce in the country.
