Destin Palms sees expansion in their future

Now that the word has spread on the opening of Destin Palms, the partners are looking to add associates to assist in growing their business.

Destin Palms is a small business with three divisions and a bright future.

Meet the Destin Palms' team:

The Real Estate division is managed by Paul and Tina Couch.  There are three associates in the Real Estate division, Debra Kirk, Laura Rich and Michael Savage. Glenn Forrester manages the Property Preservation division and is assisted by Duncan Gibson, an experienced tradesman.  Jessica Forrester, manages the Property Management division, and is assisted by the Office Administrator, Valory Roberts.

Being a small business, locally owned and operated, Destin Palms is proud to contribute to the Emerald Coast’s economy by creating new jobs for their five associates.

“The environment in our office is one of teamwork, energy, and passion. We feed off of each other’s success and it is infectious and exciting,” says partner Jessica Forrester.

“There are so many directions we can go with our concept, the potential for growth is wide open,” says senior partner Paul Couch. “We are looking for key people to expand our real estate division immediately. Our vacation side is steadily growing, and with that inevitably comes work for our property preservation division. We are in a good position to invest in growing our team.”

From Valory Roberts: “The one thing I can honestly say about working with this team is that they are all supportive and encouraging! Everyone helps each other to grow and succeed. No one leaves another behind.”

Destin Palms has a unique real estate business model in that the company profit shares across the three divisions. Whether you are an entry level painting apprentice or top sales producer, everyone enjoys a piece of the profit and has the opportunity to own stock in the company.

The location of their office is one attribute that helps the motivation of the Destin Palms’ team. Most real estate offices don’t have the luxury of looking out their windows to be reminded of exactly what they are selling and working for — the white sand and Emerald Coast beach lifestyle. Partners of Destin Palms purchased 5.000 square feet on the ground floor of Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach.

“This space will always be our home base. We are here to stay,” says partner Tina Couch.

If you haven’t seen the invite before, the team of Destin Palms would love to see you at their Grand Opening on Feb. 12 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the ground floor of Majestic Sun, Tower B.
