Eich has been a licensed Florida real estate broker and broker/owner of Miramar Beach Realty since 1984. He was previously licensed, since 1966, in Massachusetts, New York, Georgia and Florida.  He has supervised cumulative sales of over $300 million, and has bought and sold numerous businesses including real estate, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, the Shell full service convenience store and a securities brokerage firm.
