Tops at Crye-Leike in 2014

Elliot Marcus, broker for Crye-Leike Coastal Realty, has announced the Top Producer in Closed Sales Volume for the year 2014 was The John Paulsen Group.

The John Paulsen Group consists of John Paulsen, co-owner of Crye-Leike Coastal Realty and Suzanne Sweatt.  Paulsen brings his proven leadership and business savvy to the Crye-Leike Coastal Realty team. Initially, he established the Crye-Leike Coastal Realty as a franchisee in real estate sales division.  However, he realized the market for a professional and customer-oriented property management division and launched DestinGetaways Vacation Rentals in April 2003. His expansive ties throughout the Destin community and the Southeast provide the networking connections that have allowed his Destin office to prosper in such a short period. 

Personal experience in real estate led Suzanne Sweatt to a Realtor’s license. Having lived on both coasts, in Europe, and in Hawaii, she knows real estate from the buyer’s and seller’s point of view.  Sweatt is a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and was a participant in ECAR’s Leadership Group of 2008.
