President announced at Destin Custom Home Builders

Pete Knowles, president and CEO of the Legendary Family of Companies, has announced the appointment of Phillip Vlahos as president of Destin Custom Home Builders.  

Vlahos started his career in custom home building while working during the summer for a premier custom home builder in Birmingham, Ala. He studied building science while attending Auburn University. Vlahos has 15 years of experience in the custom home building industry, the last five years of which he has owned and operated his own company in Orange Beach, Ala.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in building a coastal home. His attention to detail and use of the most current trends in the industry make his product stand out to the discerning home buyer.
