Three new model condos, with interior designs created by prominent local firms, are now open in Alerio. The new vacation rental condo project on what locals refer to as Old 98 (a.k.a. Scenic Gulf Drive) in Miramar Beach, is showcasing three different interior design visions celebrating the completion of the first two buildings of the beach getaway destination.

With two beach accesses less than a block from Alerio, interior designers from Sugar Beach Interiors, Risa’s Interiors and J. Miller Furniture each selected easy-care furnishings that would work well with sun and sand. Colors reflect the natural palette that characterizes this special stretch of coastline. Driftwood hues, shells, and tropical vegetation are among the elements that come together to make these Alerio condos tempting “beach places.”

Alerio remains ahead of its construction schedule, with two buildings now finished. The next collection of Alerio condos will be completed in mid-May, bringing additional three-bedrooms online. The two-bedroom condos, all situated in Building E, will be move-in ready in July. Only six two-bedrooms currently remain unsold.

The only new condominium development to be built in this area for at least seven years, it has struck a chord with buyers eager for something new with the latest fixtures, features and construction science. Three-bedrooms start as low as $277,500, and come with all stainless appliances, granite countertops, hard surface flooring throughout, plus washer/dryer.
