MaryAlice Johnson and LuAnn Brown have a new work home at 30Avenue, joining Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. The duo can often be seen riding their pink beach bikes through the streets of Rosemary Beach and WaterSound Beach.

"It has been a pleasure working with MaryAlice and LuAnn over the years, and we are honored to have them join our work family," says Blake Morar, broker and co-owner of Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, which opened its second location at 30Avenue in February. "Their work ethic, professionalism, and infectious smiles will complement our company for years to come."

"To say they are a 'class act' is an understatement," adds the firm's co-owner Chris Abbott. "Their combined experience and professional approach to serving the client perfectly align with our brand and our culture. We feel very blessed to have them working with us."

Johnson, a resident of Rosemary Beach, and Brown, a resident of WaterSound Beach, focus their business largely in communities along the east end of Scenic Highway 30A close to home.

"As exciting as this move is for us, we could not be more excited about what this means for our clients," share MaryAlice and LuAnn. "We quickly recognized how we could leverage the vast Sotheby’s International Realty network and global infrastructure to benefit our clients and enhance the prestige of the local beach communities we do business in."

Over the last 12 months, the team closed over $32M in real estate sales and is on a glide path to exceed that in the coming 12 months.
