The Kelli and Dave Team joins BHGRE

Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Emerald Coast recently announced The Kelli and Dave Team has joined the company as sales associates. Kelli and David Moore have a proven track record of success serving their Santa Rosa Beach clients on the bay as well as the 30A beach properties.

Kelli, originally from Akron, Ohio, began her career selling condos on Okaloosa Island. She then moved to Santa Rosa Beach and joined her new husband to form their The Kelli and Dave Team.

David grew up in the Pensacola area. Shortly after graduating from UWF, he joined his college buddy in a startup manufacturers rep agency covering Florida and Georgia. They sold for various manufacturers to the kitchen and bath, home builders, plumbing, and irrigation markets for more than 30 years before David sold the business in 2007 and moved to Santa Rosa Beach to begin his second career in real estate sales.

Kelli and David live on the bay where they get all the advantages of the 30A beaches lifestyle but also can have fun on the water and opportunities that only bay living offers along with a more serine atmosphere. Living the bay life allows them to help their clients when buying or selling real estate in the area.
