125 Crystal Beach Drive debuts with impressive sales, breaks ground
After a successful launch of their sales program, The Premier Development Group has broken ground on 125 Crystal Beach Drive, a resort-style townhome community in the heart of Crystal Beach. Ideally situated just three blocks off Destin’s sugar-white sand beaches and one block from award-winning Destin Commons, 125 Crystal Beach Drive offers convenient walkability to the beach, numerous shops, restaurants, a movie theater, bowling alley and much more.
Within a few short weeks of releasing the project to the market, the entire first building of townhomes quickly sold out with a backup list of buyers who were unable to secure a unit in the initial building. Due to the projects high sales and market attention, The Premier Development Group released units in building two, which is already over 50 percent sold.
“Based on the strong early demand, we have accelerated our construction schedule,” said Michael McNeil, vice president at The Premier Development Group. “The first building is under construction and is expected to be completed in January and building two is about 45 days behind that.”
The spacious townhome residences are available in two floor plans, built in three and four bedroom configurations and ranging in size from 1,550 to 1,865 square feet. Each home includes an open main living level with kitchen, dining and living room. The private one and two car garages offer security, convenience and plenty of storage. In addition, each home offers a spacious master bedroom, gracious balconies and laundry rooms.
125 Crystal Beach Drive is being developed by Premier Development Group. The principals of Premier Development, Bob Parks, Tommy Brigham, Garrett McNeil and Keith Flippo, have well over 100 years combined experience in the real estate development, management and brokerage businesses. The leadership team at Premier Development has overseen more than $2.5 billion in development activity. They are responsible for the development and/or redevelopment of over 2,000 condominium units, 8,000 single-family residential lots, over 400 resort hotel rooms and three golf courses.
“Having developed projects in this market for years, we felt there was a need for a community like 125 Crystal Beach Drive and, based on the initial sales response, it appears we made the right choice,” said McNeil. “Priced just over $300,000, the resort-style townhomes offer location and amenities without having to sacrifice quality. Based on feedback from our early owners, it is that unique combination that led them to purchase a 125 Crystal Beach Drive home.”
