Mike Shuler

Scenic Sotheby's International Realty has announced the additions of Mike Shuler, Alyssa Dacosta and Kadi Higginbotham to its real estate team.

Shuler is the firms new finance coordinator. He earned his BBA in accounting from North Georgia College and State University. His extensive experience in accounting and finance both in the public and private sectors make him a perfect fit as Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty expands in the future.

Blake Morar, broker/owner of Scenic Sotheby's International Realty agrees. "We are just plain fortunate to have Mike Shuler with us as our financial coordinator. His skill set is superb and will be very helpful in our growth and management."

Chris Abbott, co-owner of Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, adds, "We are pleased to have Mike join our family. His background and education in the financial area will help our growth and stay ahead of the curve as technology changes in today’s fast paced marketplace."

Shuler relocated from Atlanta to the Emerald Coast in the summer of 2015 after spending summers in Northwest Florida with his family and friends. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time at the beach.

Alyssa Dacosta joins Scenic Sotheby's International Realty as assistant to agent Sarah Stone. As a licensed real estate agent herself, Dacosta will ensure that clients continue to receive the professionalism that Scenic Sotheby's International Realty is well known for.

"Alyssa brings positive energy and exceptional organizational skills to my team," said Stone. "By taking over much of the day to day tasks that keep the transaction moving forward, I have more time to focus on communication with my customers and finding them the perfect property."

A Georgia native, Dacosta has spent summers along the Emerald Coast since she was four years old. Along with her husband, she moved here in 2015 and enjoys cooking, decorating and reading on the beach.

Kadi Higginbotham has recently joined Scenic Sotheby's International Realty assisting real estate agent Kelly Hill and her team.

Originally from Georgia, Higginbotham received her Business Administration degree from Northwestern State University. After an exciting three-year career in retail management, she decided to pursue a real estate career after getting her feet wet in this industry during her college years.

"Upon my initial meeting with Kadi, I immediately recognized her 'likeability factor' as well as her servant's heart for the customer and knew she would be a great addition to the team," said Hill. "Starting in my assistant position will groom her well for a future buyer's agent here at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty."

Higginbotham has lived in Northwest Florida for over six years.
