Better Homes & Gardens Emerald Coast has announced that Randy Carroll has joined the growing group.

“Randy’s primary concentration is 30A and Walton County which makes him a logical fit as we grow our brand along the Emerald Coast,” ssaid John Holahan, owner of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Emerald Coast. “We’ve been strategically planning our expansion and 30A is our next step. Randy embodies the authentic nature of our office culture as well as a true grasp of the iconic status of our brand. We are pleased he will be a part of our 30A/Walton County evolvement.”

“Our brand challenges our agents to adhere to our core values: Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth and Excellence. Randy impressed us with his intention to approach business in the same way” said Clark Turnipseed, the company’s broker. “We are always looking for agents who want to hold themselves to a higher standard and to Be Better. We see that passion in Randy.”

Carroll grew up coming to the Emerald Coast and discovered his love for real estate when he was living in Atlanta Georgia and began investing with his family and friends along the Emerald Coast. When his real estate investments introduced him to the 30A lifestyle, he became enchanted with the area and moved to 30A 10 years ago where he continued to help family and friends find their dream homes or investment opportunities. Carroll loves what he does and it is very apparent.

Living by a “work as a team” philosophy he cultivated through his years playing basketball in the Big 10 Conference at Northwestern University and managing some of the U.S. governments most sensitive organizations for HP Software, his corroborative approach sets the foundation for assisting customers throughout the buying or selling process. Carroll and his wife have four sons and live in Watercolor with their Labrador, Gunner. They are extremely active fundraisers for Alaqua Animal Refuge, Food For Thought and Lighthouse charities.
