Agent Michele Bailey of ResortQuest

Realtor Michele Bailey joined The Mary Stephens Team of ResortQuest Real Estate three short years ago and has been breaking records ever since. Her first award included the prestigious Rookie Of the Year Award in 2013 for her sales volume of 18 sales totaling over $4,600,000. Additionally, she earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation which provides in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process.

In 2014 Bailey received the Newcomer of the Year award from the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors which recognized her work as a graduate of the Leadership Development Program and co-authoring a project on Listing Syndication for area Realtors.

In 2015 Bailey was honored as South Walton's Realtor of The Year for her contribution to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the industry. She also achieved both the ePro and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designations and was awarded the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Women's Council of Realtors Emerald Coast Eagle award for her sales production for all three years. She was also nominated for the 2015 Newcomer Award on the state level at the Florida Realtor Association for her notable contributions to the local and state associations as well as the community.
