Tanner and Katie Peacock welcomed at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty

Scenic Sotheby's International Realty is kicking off the New Year with the hiring of Tanner Peacock as their newest real estate agent, and his wife, Katie Peacock as his assistant.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in finance, Tanner Peacock is a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and was a key player in the development of the award-winning Churchill Oaks community, a boating and waterfront residential retreat in Santa Rosa Beach. He has built a solid reputation in the industry as an innovative Real Estate expert with exceptional negotiating capabilities, providing unprecedented results for his clients. His client base are those seeking residential homes, condos, and land, as well as office, retail, multifamily and hospitality endeavors. Tanner is also a very active member in the local community and Realtor associations and constantly invests in his professional development through memberships in CCIM and RLI.

Katie Peacock has joined Scenic Sotheby's International Realty as an assistant to her husband. With her results orientated approach, attention to detail and her knowledge of Northwest Florida, together they make an impressive and respected real estate team.

With a degree in education, Katie was an educator along 30A for over six years before deciding to stay home with the couple's two small children. Katie now looks forward to working with clients seeking investment properties or coastal living. An Air Force upbringing took Katie and her family all over the United States. Understanding from personal experience what it's like to relocate, Katie is able to relate with buyers new to the Emerald Coast.
