Prominent industry leader debuts new real estate brokerage

One of Northwest Florida’s top real estate brokers has launched J. Howard Properties. Broker Jennifer Howard brings her extensive experience of sales, real estate marketing and development strategies, and pairs it with her area knowledge.

The Miramar Beach-based brokerage will focus on residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, as well as onsite sales of new multi-structure condominium and single home communities. Alerio, the most recent high-end condominium development project marketed by Howard, debuted in 2015, contains 88 units and is approximately 80 percent sold.

In addition to representing owners of some of the most desirable existing homes, condominiums and land along the Emerald Coast, J. Howard Properties will launch several new neighborhoods in the first part of 2016.
