Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Tim Snelling has joined The Carlyle Team as a buyer’s agent.

A graduate of Indiana University Business School with highest distinction in dual majors, Finance and Accounting, he later obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago. In his over 20 year career, Snelling was a senior executive in Sales and Marketing at Fortune 100 companies, PepsiCo and Kimberly Clark. In both positions, he traveled extensively across the United States and Canada, yet knew that South Walton would one day be home, after discovering the beauty of the area while working as territory sales manager for Gatorade (PepsiCo).

After vacationing and enjoying the Emerald Coast for over 20 years, Snelling and his family became Santa Rosa Beach homeowners in 2010. They moved to the area permanently once he finished serving in executive roles and nine corporate relocations, including Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Dallas, and Wisconsin. His passion for real estate developed when he realized he wanted to help others achieve their dream of owning beach property.
