Ribbon cutting at Belle Permanent Cosmetics

Belle Permanent Cosmetics LLC celebrated its ribbon cutting Aug. 10 with the Destin Chamber. Belle Permanent Cosmetics offers permanent eyeliner, eyebrows and lips. Aesthetician services include facials, waxing and wraps.

“We offer services to pamper yourself and make your life more relaxing,” said owner Liz Engstrom, who has 15 years’ experience in the industry.
