Keller Williams announces 2017 Associate Leadership Council
Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast (KWEC) recently announced its 2017 Associate Leadership Council team that will represent KWEC’s seven offices that serve five communities in Northwest Florida. They are Dawn Burt, Al Mader, Jim Springer and Liz Steinberger.
The ALC is comprised of the top 20 percent of the Keller Williams real estate agents nationwide in their Market Centers. The purpose of the ALC is to ensure all agents have a vehicle for giving direct input to the operation of Keller Williams. In effect, they are similar to a “Board of Directors” and the guardians to drive profit, education, standards, principles and uphold the KWEC culture.
Unlike traditional real estate companies that typically manage from a corporate office, Keller Williams decisions for each office are made under the guidance of the ALC by the agents who are doing business in that particular office.
Al Mader has over 30 years both in the real estate business and real estate development, and will oversee Career Development and the KW Cares initiatives in the community. Dawn Burt, a military veteran with a degree in computer information technology, will logically oversee the Technology and Growth Committee. Jim Springer is focused on commercial and income producing properties, and his ALC position will handle the Finance Committee. And the fourth ALC member is Liz Steinberger, who was a real estate agent in St. Louis for several years and has been in real estate in the Destin area for the past four years. She will be in charge of the Mentor Committee.
“Our associates are the face of KWEC," said principal broker Jeff Adamson. “We give our agents a strong voice in guiding our business via the Associate Leadership Council and we welcome the new 2017 ALC members.”
