Over one year since announcing construction on the Point Washington Apartments, the now appointed The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments will welcome residents as early as fall 2017.

The visionaries behind the residences coming to Santa Rosa Beach, W Development Inc. and Hunt Companies, have unveiled new branding created to highlight the lifestyle and communal experience that the 11 building, three-story, garden-style apartments and clubhouse will offer.

Located on the Choctawhatchee Bay, The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments promise a style of residential living unlike any seen before in South Walton. Through meticulous design and craftsmanship, the gated, 31-acre development with commercial frontage buffered by the area’s prized nature preserve, Point Washington State Forrest, fills a need in the Santa Rosa Beach housing market.

“Our vision from the beginning was to develop a long-term, luxury rental community that can share the South Walton coastal lifestyle with no shortage of activities,” said Bill Pope Jr. of W Development & Architects Inc.

Compounded by its ideal location, walkability and short driving distances to area restaurants, schools and outdoor activities, The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments encourages residents to foster a lifestyle far beyond cohabitation. Amenities include a resident clubhouse, which will host monthly socials for residents, providing the complete collective location for celebrations and beyond. Residents can also enjoy a children’s playground, cyber café with coffee bar, resort style pool and spa, dog park and a 24-hour fitness center with yoga space.

Unique to The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments is its ease of access to the outdoors. Residents will enjoy exclusivity to the on-site paddle board and water sports equipment and entry to more than 15,000 acres of hiking trails and lakes through United States forestry with resident passes.

The 264 units will be split equally into one bedroom/one bathroom and two bedroom/two bathroom units. Square footage will range from 715 square feet to 1,075 square feet. Interior amenities include Choctawhatchee Bay or Point Washington Forrest views from every residence, hardwood floors, large walk-in closets, private patios or solariums, washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances.

Units will be available fall 2017. Rental prices will range from the low to mid $1,000s. Units are not for sale. Specific pricing and unit pre-leasing is available at www.sanctuaryat331.com/ or call the leasing office at 844--900-5809.
