Fish fry

DESTIN – The Destin History & Fishing Museum will host its annual Old Fashioned Fish Fry fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 15 at Harry T's Lighthouse at HarborWalk Village. The proceeds from this event benefit the restoration of the historic Primrose vessel. 

Tickets are available in advance at the museum for $13, and can also be purchased the day of the event for $15. Tickets for children ages 12 or under are $5. Call 837-6611.

Stage Crafters

FORT WALTON BEACH - Stage Crafters presents Skyscraper, a story of life, love, friendship, and chance encounters by Pulitzer-prize-winning playwright David Auburn, at 7:30 p.m. June 15 and 2 p.m. June 16 at the Fort Walton Beach Civic Auditorium.  Tickets are $15 and are available at P.S. Gifts in Fort Walton Beach, Bayou Books in Niceville, or at www.stagecrafters.com.  Discounted student tickets are also available at the door.

Rock the Docks LIVE

DESTIN - Rock the Docks LIVE with a free public concert at 7 p.m. Saturdays beginning at HarborWalk Village. Audience members can join house band Déjà Vu and sing with full lights and sound show.

Father’s Day cruise

SANDESTIN - Cruising from Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina, SunQuest Cruises offers a freshly prepared chef’s meal and entertainment from 1-3 p.m. June 16. Boarding begins at 12:15 p.m. Adults $55, children 3 – 10, $25 and infants under 3, $15. Seating is limited. Call 650-2519.

Pirate Pete

DESTIN - Come to HarborWalk Village at 6 p.m. June 16 to see "Pirate Pete and the Case of the Missing Fisherman," an interactive children's show that searches the area for Fisherman Fred. Be prepared to sing, dance, and be silly. You might even get picked to be part of the crew of Pirate Pete's ship.

American Legion

Lecrae

OKALOOSA ISLAND - Award winning Lecrae will perform at 9 p.m. June 17 at the Emerald Coast Convention Center. Tickets are $10 at the ECCC. Call 609-3800. Lecrae appears in conjunction with the Georgia Baptist’s SUPERWOW Convention.

Pardi Gras

DESTIN – HarborWalk Village transforms into "The Big Easy" with floats, beads, the Village Brass Band, stilt walkers, jugglers and lots of excitement during the parade through the Village from 6-10 p.m. June 18.

Art Exhibits

NICEVILLE - Michael Aurbach’s Secrecy Series and New Work from Denise Choppin will be on exhibit through July 19 at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center Galleries at NWFSC. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 90 minutes prior to most performances. Call 729-6044.

Americana Under the Stars

SANTA ROSA BEACH - Kelly Hundley performs at 6 p.m. June 20 at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for the concert series, Americana Under the Stars.

Red, White and Blue Celebration

DESTIN – The Red, White, and Blue Celebration, honoring a local hero who goes above and beyond to better their community, will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at HarborWalk Village. Enjoy live entertainment, free kid’s crafts and face painting, a WWII replica flyover and fireworks over the harbor. Call 424-0600.
