Moos Bros. concert to benefit Horizons

The Moos Bros. Band will hold its next charity concert at 7 p.m. June 22 at The Elks Lodge on Okaloosa Island, with all proceeds benefiting Horizons/The Arc of the Emerald Coast. Doors open at 6 p.m. for a cash bar and social hour.

The Moos Bros. are known as “The Emerald Coast’s Premier Party Band” and are made up of eight singers and musicians from the local business community. From attorneys to financial and medical professionals, the bandmates perform a half dozen times annually and have raised thousands for local charities. Members of the band include Nick Barlotta, Joe Calderon, Bobby Elmore, Bart Fleet, Bill Kilpatrick, Ginger Madden, Billy Marshall, Jim Nabors, and Maggie Tomecek.

Horizons is an affiliated chapter of The Arc, a non-profit organization that provides programs and services for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Okaloosa, Walton and South Santa Rosa Counties. Complete programs and services can be found at www.horizonsfwb.com.

Tickets are on sale at Horizons, 123 Truxton Ave. in Fort Walton Beach for $20 in advance for open seating, $200 for a reserved table of eight, or call 863-1530, ext. 226. Tickets are $25 at the door, based on availability.
