Legendary Marine will host JAWS at Crab Island

Get ready, Destin! JAWS is coming to our waters ... soon

As part of its Summer Boating Spash Series, Legendary Marine has partnered with boat manufacturers Sea Hunt and Scout, along with community sponsors Boogies Watersports and Fudpucker's, to bring this larger-than-life movie blockbuster to the Emerald Coast. Boaters are invited to attend this free “dive-in movie” Aug. 23 and watch the original JAWS movie on a giant 26' screen, featuring concert-quality sound.

“Last year we hosted two similar events in the harbor — a Tom Cruise movie and a major SEC football game,” said Legendary Marine Managing Partner Fred Pace. “We had such enthusiastic response that we decided to have some fun and bring one of the most popular beach and boating-themed movies ever produced to Destin. And what better place to host JAWS than at Crab Island. This event should provide great entertainment and fun memories for our guests.”
