The Arts and Design Society presents the art of Corina Zalace for viewing during December in the studio windows at 17 First Street in Fort Walton Beach.
Cigar and Whisky Tasting
Leslie and Bob Bulgarella of Bijoux and Marvin Holthouser of Harbor Cigars will host a Cigar & Whiskey Tasting fundraiser to benefit Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the newly renovated Market Shops of Sandestin. Patrons can enter a Grand Raffle to win prizes each valued at $1,000 or more. Tickets are $50/person or $40/MKAF preferred member rate and available to purchase at www.MattieKellyArtsFoundation.org. All proceeds will benefit MKAF’s mission in bringing cultural experiences and children’s education programs to children and families in Northwest Florida.

Honors Recital
The Fine and Performing Arts Division of Northwest Florida State College will hold its Fall Honors Recital at 3 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Tyler Recital Hall of the music wing at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center on the college’s Niceville campus. The recital is free of charge and open to the public.
Pastel Society
The Pastel Society of North Florida presents its 12th Biennial National All Pastel Juried Exhibition through Dec. 6 in the Mattie Kelly Arts Center's Mcllroy and Holzhauer Galleries at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville. Many of the artists’ works will be available for purchase. The exhibition is free and open to the public. Call 729-6044.
Winter Concert
The Northwest Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra presents a free winter concert at 2 p.m. Dec. 7 in the mainstage theater of the Mattie Kelly Fine & Performing Arts Center on the Niceville campus. The concert is free and open to the public, with donations to support the youth program welcomed.
Jazz Concert
The Jazz Ensemble of Northwest Florida State College will present a free Winter Concert at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8 in the mainstage theater of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center on the Niceville Campus. A wide selection of seasonal and jazz favorites as well as new works will be featured. The concert is free of charge, with no ticket required.
A+ Art show/sale
The A+ Art “One Size Fits All” show and sale at Northwest Florida State College, South Walton Center, 109 Greenway Trail in Santa Rosa Beach, runs through Dec. 8. This second annual show is comprised of more than a hundred 10-inch by 10-inch wood panels, featuring the fine and funky work of more than 50 local artists.
