Baytowne Art Walk

Stroll the streets, enjoy live music and browse a variety of local art from 5-10 p.m. Sept. 4-6 at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Greek Festival

The 24th Annual Greek Festival will be held from 4-9 p.m. Sept. 4; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 5; and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 6 at the Emerald Coast Conference Center on Okaloosa Island. Taste the various Greek foods, desserts, and drinks being served up throughout the festival. Enjoy music by the Kosta Kastanis Band and local Greek dancers as they perform. Local and national vendors will sell crafts and goods.

Labor Day Concert Celebration

Summer 2015 will end with a weekend of family activities and free concerts from 4-10 p.m. Sept. 5 and 6 at HarborWalk Village. The Springs perform Saturday and The Village Belles and LongReef take the stage Sunday, followed by fireworks.

Labor Day Weekend Concert

Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation's Seventh Annual Labor Day Weekend Concert will feature Heather Hayes Experience from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 6 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin. Art of Giving

Food For Thought Outreach announces its 3rd Annual Art of Giving benefit from 6:30-8 p.m. Sept. 17 at v. lala Gallery at 30Avenue, Inlet Beach. South Walton artists Velia Lala, Matt Lyons, and Marisol Gullo come together to auction off their pieces to help fight child hunger in Okaloosa and Walton counties.

ArtWalk on the Harbor

Hispanic Fest 2015

Vettes at the Village

Area corvette clubs bring "America's Sports Car" to the Events Plaza at The Village of Baytowne Wharf from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 26.

Kite Festival

An octopus, a panda, a parrot and more will fly high above the harbor at Destin’s Norriego Point from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 26-27 as Kitty Hawk Kites hosts its Seventh Annual Flying High on the Harbor Kite Festival. Free shuttle boat service availabale from the HarborWalk Village docks behind Pirates Alley across to Norriego Point. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes. The Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village will also host a fireworks show at 9 p.m. Saturday.

Festival of the Arts

Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation hosts the 20th annual Festival of the Arts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin. The festival showcases the original artwork of more than 100 artists and features a live music lineup, art activities for kids, souvenir posters and T-shirts, art raffle and more. Fat Tuesday

HarborWalk Village transforms into the "Big Easy" from 7-9 p.m. Tuesdays with a Mardi Gras parade through the harbor. Street Party starts at 7 p.m. and parade rolls after sunset. Enjoy floats, colorful costumes, sky-high stilt walkers, street performers, jazz bands, beads, Moonpies and more during this free parade. Join the fun with your own float. Nighttime Educational Beach Walks

Learn about sea turtles, their nesting habits and other wildlife along the beaches of Okaloosa Island and Destin at 8 p.m. Monday and Wednesdays through November.
