Americana Under The Stars
Bring a chair and a beverage to enjoy the music of Lis and Lon Williamson at 7 p.m. Oct. 22 in the amphitheater at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Free admission into park and a suggested donation of $5 goes to the Friends of Topsail Hill.
The Northwest Florida Ballet will host a wine dinner at 6 p.m. Oct. 22 at Vintij Wine Boutique to benefit its Live Music Fund. Wines available for purchase at a discount at the end of the evening. Tickets are $100. Purchase at http://nfballet.org/product/dinner-tickets/.
Best of the Emerald Coast
EC Magazine will host its 16th annual Best of the Emerald Coast from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 24 at Grand Boulevard Sandestin. Benefiting the Junior League of the Emerald Coast, this celebration honors top restaurants, services and businesses. Tickets may be purchased in advance at emeraldcoastmagazine.com/Best-of-the-Emerald-Coast for $30. General admission will be $40 at the door. For $75, guests may upgrade to a true VIP experience with a private lounge, additional food and drink and a gift bag filled with deals from around the region.
Festival of the Arts
Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation hosts the 20th annual Festival of the Arts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin. The festival showcases the original artwork of more than 100 artists and features a live music lineup, art activities for kids, souvenir posters and T-shirts, art raffle and more. A food bistro, wine and beer garden as well as convenient parking and motor coach shuttle are also available. Tickets are $5/adults and children under 12 are free. Call 650-2226.
