Lip Sync Battle
Emerald Coast Theatre Company will host the first ever Emerald Coast Lip Sync Battle at 7 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Miramar Beach. An evening of music, dance and fun offers the perfect opportunity for local stars to enjoy their “15 minutes of fame” in the spotlight. Prizes will awarded for Best Costume, Best Dance Move, Best Solo, Best Duet, Best Trio and Overall Lip Sync Battle Winner 2015. Americana Under The Stars
Bring a chair and a beverage to enjoy the music of Too Many Smiths at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 in the amphitheater at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Free admission into park and a suggested donation of $5 goes to the Friends of Topsail Hill.

Fall Wine Walkabout
Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Silver Shells Resort in Destin will host its Third Annual Fall Wine Walkabout to benefit Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation’s 20th anniversary season from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 in the East Bar and Courtyard. ArtWalk on the Harbor
HarborWalk Village becomes a mini art district as dozens of artists showcase their creative artwork ranging from traditional to contemporary art, jewelry, paintings, handcrafted items and more from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 15 at HarborWalk Village. Independent Film Series
The Friends Guild of the Destin Library will sponsor a movie, "Words & Pictures," a witty romantic drama, at 3 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Destin Library. The program is free and open to the public. Films are unrated and directed toward mature audiences.
Bourbon at the Bay
Kick off the holiday season with the Third Annual Bourbon at the Bay sponsored by Coastal Bank and Trust. Nighttime Educational Beach Walks
Learn about sea turtles, their nesting habits and other wildlife along the beaches of Okaloosa Island and Destin at 8 p.m. Monday and Wednesdays through November.
