1. Dukes of Dixieland

In a special event concert of the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra’s 29th season, the world-famous Dukes of Dixieland from New Orleans will present a Mardi Gras extravaganza of jazz and brass at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23 on the Mainstage at Mattie Kelly Arts Center in Niceville. Tickets are $37 each and available from the Mattie Kelly Arts Center Box office.

2. OAA Wine and food tasting

Mark your calendars for Sunday, Jan. 24, from 2-4 p.m. for a Wine Tasting at The Twisted Grape, 1193 B Eglin Parkway in Shalimar. Annual event offers wine, food by The Twisted Grape, live entertainment and drawings for chances to win tickets to upcoming events. 3. MADCO Dance

The renowned Modern American Dance Company presents an eclectic array of repertoire dance featuring some the nation’s finest professional dancers at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center at Northwest Florida State College. Tickets are $20 each. Group discounts available.
