Wear your boots to the Beach Bash

Sponsored by the Okaloosa County Queens and Tessa Marino, the Beach Bash is raising donations for the Boot Campaign, which is dedicated to promoting patriotism and honoring local military and veterans.

Boat, float, paddle or drive to LuLu’s at the Mid-Bay Bridge in Destin from 3-5 p.m. Sept. 11 for fun, food, live music, kids’ coloring contest, a combat boot dance off, best blinged boots contest and best boot bod contest. The 90 second push up challenge is one of the fundraising aspects of the event since team members will raise donations for their pushups.

Those attending are encouraged all to wear and even decorate combat boots to support our military if they want to.
