1. Charity Auction
Harbor Docks Charities will host an auction at 6 p.m. Aug. 26 downstairs at Harbor Docks. A $15 cover charge includes dinner. Auction items include a day of deep sea fishing, a week in Aspen, a night of bull frog gigging, a golf vacation and more. All proceeds benefit the 23rd annual Take-A-Kid Fishing Day.
2. Stock the Pantry
The fourth annual Stock the Pantry Party will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Food For Thought Santa Rosa Beach Pantry, 132 Market Street. Guests are asked to bring $5 or five food items (suggested items include plastic jars of peanut butter or jelly, granola bars, fruit cups, snack crackers and/or breakfast bars) to donate to enjoy all the fun. The Mellow Mushroom Bake Bus will cook up pizza, and guests will enjoy treats, drinks, a raffle and fun activities for the family.
3. Dog Days of Summer
Dog-Harmony and Grand Boulevard will host a celebration of the sweet summertime from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 24 in Grand Boulevard benefiting Dog-Harmony. Bring your furry friend and join in with puppy and people treats and complimentary refreshments. Open to the public at no charge.
