Teens for Hire summer program begins
Teens for Hire is a new summer program now available for Emerald Coast teens looking for work. Registration continues through April 30 for the May through July time period. Job postings are now being accepted.
The new service provides a one stop shop for people to post jobs that are suitable for teens, and to locate and connect with teens who are willing and able to do the job posted, with their parent's permission. No job is too small to post. Jobs can be a one time job, like raking leaves, or a more permanent job like summer or weekend babysitting.
Registered Teens for Hire will be added to the online directory, which will include a photo, short bio, availability, type of jobs they are willing to do, and rate of pay. They are free to change their profiles at any time.
Job poster must be registered, and are able to post jobs online. They may contact registered Teens for Hire through the online directory, or Teens for Hire are able to respond directly to the job posting.
