Leida S. Bilby new at First Florida Bank
First Florida Bank recently announced Leida S. Bilby has joined the bank as vice president/mortgage loan officer.
Bilby, a veteran of the mortgage industry with 30 years’ experience, previously served as a vice president and manager for the mortgage department of a community bank in the Panhandle area. She is familiar with all loan products, from FNMA, VA, FHA and Construction/Perm loans.
First Florida Bank Chairman/CEO Frank Burge said, “Leida is such an asset to our customers at First Florida. We are honored to have her as part of our organization.”
Chris J. Ogle now ‘Premier Advisor’
Wells Fargo Advisors recently designated Chris J. Ogle, first vice president/investment officer, as a member of the firm’s Premier Advisors Program. This distinction reflects his achievement of professional success by meeting or exceeding Wells Fargo Advisors’ high standards as measured by one or more of the firm’s criteria for revenue generation, educational attainment and client-service best practices.
Ogle has been a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors for 14 years.
Annette Alvarez new marketing director at Commons
An industry veteran, Annette Alvarez has served in various management positions for some of Florida’s most successful retail destinations.
In her new position as marketing director, Alvarez will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance Destin Commons’ brand awareness and help launch the shopping center’s 100,000-square-foot expansion, set to open in July. In addition, she will oversee branding, advertising, web content, PR, social media, and other forms of internal and external communication.
“We’re excited to have Annette join the Destin Commons team, and are confident her expertise will bring great value to the shopping center,” said Destin Commons General Manager Bob Perry.
