Club President Vito Tomasello and members of the Emerald Coast Harley owners group donated $15,000 to Children in Crisis, Ken Hair, and Children’s Advocacy Center, Julie Hurst, to help the abused children of our community.

The 35th Annual Emerald Coast HOG Chapter Toy Run and Funds Ride closed out by raising over $15,000 to help the at-risk kids living at the Children in Crisis Neighborhood.

There were over 500 bikes that met at the Sam’s Club parking lot in Fort Walton Beach and paraded to the Niceville Mullet Festival grounds.  Entry fee was $10 and each participant donated a new toy or gift card. Emerald Coast Harley Davidson of Fort Walton Beach and Sam’s Club sponsored the event again this year.

“We must find the funds to continue our important mission of giving the children  in our community a home,” said Ken Hair, CIC president and CEO. “The annual HOG toy run helps with that important challenge. Thanks to the support from HOG Chapter #0672, Emerald Coast Harley Davidson and Sam’s Club, we can continue with our very worthy cause.”
