The Okaloosa Arts Alliance showed their great support to Children in Crisis by donating $800 to help fund the Children’s Art Education program.

“The OAA donation allows CIC to provide a very important element of education sometimes not considered a priority. It’s amazing to watch our at-risk children grow and development their art talents. This wouldn’t have been possible without the great support from the Okaloosa Arts Alliance.  Thank you OAA,” Ken Hair, CIC president & CEO said.

The CIC Neighborhood is a facility built by the generous support of the community. It has an emergency shelter for children who are removed without notice from an unsafe environment, family foster homes for young children and a teen transition homes for foster children aging out of care.  CIC gives a home to about 100 at-risk children each year.
