Clinical ladder program at Emerald Coast Hospice

Gail Silvani RN, Michelle Sibert MSW, and Tyra Ricci RN have been awarded membership into the Emerald Coast Hospice Clinical Ladder Program, for clinical excellence in their practice as experts in hospice and palliative care. The Clinical Ladder program recognizes and rewards exemplary clinicians and acceptance is based on rigorous criteria that evaluate the clinician’s clinical practice, care outcomes, and professional development.
“Acceptance into the program is a testament to hard work and dedication to clinical excellence,” said Alishia Gonzales, Emerald Coast Hospice executive director in Miramar Beach and Fort Walton Beach. “Gail, Michelle, and Tyra join Tracy Robbins RN and Shannon Snowden RN who’ve also been bestowed this honor. We are very proud to have five recipients of this prestigious membership on our team. It shows the dedication that Emerald Coast Hospice Employees have to providing excellent patient care.”
The Clinical Ladder consists of three possible levels of achievement for Emerald Coast Hospice’s clinicians. The requirements for attaining membership set a high bar. The candidates must meet several criteria at each level. Clinicians must recertify every three years to remain in the program or to move to a higher level.
