The American Advertising Federation Emerald Coast chapter brought in $10,065 through its annual Media Mix & Mingle fundraiser to benefit its annual scholarship and community public service projects.

The formerly known Media Auction collected both media and non-media merchandise totally more than $51,000 in donations from businesses from Panama City to Pensacola.

Attendance records were also up, culminating with more than 60+ attendees to Hard Rock Café for the annual event, the most in recent years.

This auction serves as an annual fundraiser to expand AAF Emerald Coast’s advertising scholarship to a student enrolled in an advertising-related field. This auction also helps support AAF Emerald Coast’s annual public service campaign project in which club members donate their time and talents to assist a local non-profit who is in need of advertising/marketing/public relations/social media assistance.

“Some of these organizations include The Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity and Children in Crisis,” said Club President Jennifer Jones.

AAF Emerald Coast would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported them in making the Media Mix & Mingle a success.
