City of Destin
A Harbor District Parking Study Stakeholders meeting to discuss City of Destin parking policy, regulation and municipal parking improvements will be held from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at the Destin Community Center on Stahlman Avenue. Public is invited.

Republican Club
The Okaloosa County Republican Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at the American Legion Post 235, 105 S.W. Hollywood Blvd. in Fort Walton Beach. County Comptroller and Clerk of Courts J.D. Choctawhatchee Bay Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 12 at the First Presbyterian Church, 134 Beal Parkway SW in Fort Walton Beach. Guest speaker, Donald Forgione, is director of the state of Florida Parks Service and the recipient of the Florida Park Service Interpreter of the Year Award.
