The Destin Garden Club will meet from 9:30-11 a.m. Feb. 10 at the Destin Library, 150 Siebert Ave. David Baxter, from One Feather, Native American Jewelry and Art in Palmetto Plaza, will speak about the connection between native American art, jewelry, and music to gardens. Choctawhatchee Bay Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 12 at the First Presbyterian Church, 134 Beal Parkway SW in Fort Walton Beach. Guest speaker, Donald Forgione, is director of the state of Florida Parks Service and the recipient of the Florida Park Service Interpreter of the Year Award.
