Eucheeanna Chapter, National Society Daughters of American Colonist, will meet at Nov. 4. Membership is offered to ladies who can prove their lineage of descent from American colonist prior to July 4, 1776. The Eucheeanna Chapter is taking applications. The Republican Women of Okaloosa Federated will meet at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 4 at the Wyndam Garden Hotel on Okaloosa Island. The program will feature a "presidential forum" with six RWOF members providing campaign stances of the current top six candidates. The Florida Panhandle Patriots will meet from 6:30-8 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Elks Lodge on Okaloosa Island. The Sand Dunes Chapter of Embroiderers' Guild of America's stitch-in will be held from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Nov. 8 and the meeting will be held from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Nov. 22 in the Religious Education building, Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church on Valparaiso Boulevard in Niceville. Valparaiso Garden Club will meet at 9 a.m. Nov. 11 in the community room at the Valparaiso Community Library, 459 Valparaiso Parkway. The program will be on Spots of Color, using various pots to display colorful plants for the fall season. In addition, horticultural and designs brought in by members will be critiqued as an educational effort toward learning appropriate entries for flower shows.
Choctawhatchee Bay Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 12 at First Presbyterian Church, 134 Beal Parkway SW in Fort Walton Beach.
