Grief Support Group forming
Destin United Methodist Church sponsored Stephen Ministers are forming a Grief Group for all those who have experienced a loss. The group will meet for six consecutive weeks beginning at 2 p.m. Nov. 3 in the Destin Life Center.
The attempt to return to the routines of one’s life after facing a significant loss is no small challenge. Our group will recognize the need to grieve and the need to slow down and take it easy. One day at a time is not just a cliché, it is a guiding principle for those facing loss. Readjusting after a significant loss is nothing less than beginning again.
Our group will share your journey of grief and help you to reconcile with this grief. For further information, contact Tom Timothy at email@example.com or 850-974-3373, or Judy Freed at firstname.lastname@example.org or 850-496-0737.
