Dr. Howard Morgan

Living Word Ministries, 446-D Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach, welcomes back Dr. Howard Morgan, founder of Howard Morgan Ministries and Kingdom Ministries International, to speak at 6 p.m. Jan. 18 at the church.

Dr. Morgan, a Jewish believer in the Messiah Jesus, is an internationally renowned prophetic teacher who, along with his wife Janet, has been traveling in a full time prophetic and teaching ministry, establishing and overseeing churches, and pastoring pastors since 1987.

Gospel concert

Bible study

A 14-week Precept Inductive Study Bible study on the book of Daniel, “Wisdom for the Uncertainties of Today and the Future” begins at 10 a.m. Jan. 21 for women and 6:30 p.m. Jan. 21 for men and women at The Enclave Condos Community Room by Pool, 3655 Scenic Hwy. 98, just West of Capt. Dave’s Restaurant.

Life after loss

The Destin United Methodist Church sponsored Stephen Ministers has formed a grief group for all those who have experienced a loss. The group will share your journey of grief and help you to reconcile with this grief.

Chocolat' Fare

The Destin United Methodist Women will host its annual Chocolat' Fare from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 8 in the Atrium Room next to the Sanctuary at Destin United Methodist Church. Everything is homemade — and chocolate. The women will also have their jewelry for sale.

Night of comedy

Gordon Douglas presents a night of comedy and laughter at 6 p.m. Feb. 9 at Village Baptist Church in Destin. Admission is free.
