Blessing of the Animals

Celebrate the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi at 10 a.m. Oct. 18 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, 6464 Gulf Breeze Parkway. Please bring your pet properly leashed or caged to the front of the church. Water bowls and accidental waste cleanup will be provided. Bring a picture of your pet if they cannot accompany you.

Jason Gray concert

World Vision presents Jason Gray’s “With Every Act Of Love Tour” featuring Unspoken, Lindsay McCaul and introducing Carrollton, at 6 p.m. Oct. 19 at Village Baptist Church, 101 Matthew Blvd. in Destin. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Musical presentation

Potter’s Field Ministries, featuring Michael and Pam Rozell, will perform at 6 p.m. Oct. 26 at Coastline Calvary Chapel, 310 Mountain Drive in Destin.

One Heart One Voice Women

Dee Chernicky Ministries hosts a meeting with worship and ministry from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 31 at The Palms Resort on Indian Bayou Trail in Destin.   Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Guest speaker is pastor and author Scarlett Harrington and leading worship is Karen Longmire.
