Children ages 3 years old to 5th grade are invited to enjoy worship, games, learning about Jesus and making new friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays through Nov. 4 at Immanuel Anglican Church. Fall Festival

The Corpus Christi Ladies Sodality Fall Festival will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 14 and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 15 in the social hall at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 307 Beach Drive in Destin. Assorted crafts, knit and crocheted items, baked goods and knick knacks will be on sale. Tables are available to public to sell crafts for $30 for two days. Call 837-3443 or 396-8015.

Destin Gives Back

Deliverance Five from University of Mobile will be in concert at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 15 at First Baptist Destin, 201 Beach Drive. A free Thanksgiving meal for the community will follow the concert.

Christmas Celebration Dinner

Dee Chernicky Ministries and Valerie Peterson will host the annual Christmas Celebration Dinner, made possible by the support of generous sponsors, from 6-9 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Palms of Destin Resort on Indian Bayou Trail.

Bring your favorite Christmas dessert to share and your appetite for all of the holiday fixings. It will be an evening of fun, encouragement and great fellowship. Attire is casual to dressy. Come as you are.

Youth at Immanuel Anglican provides a God-saturated, safe environment where youth can feel relaxed in worship and fellowship geared just for them. The focus is to develop disciples who will become disciple makers pursuing Jesus’ commission and to be His hands and feet. Healing Rooms

Emerald Coast Healing Rooms, 215 Mountain Drive in Destin, is open for walk-in prayer ministry from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays. No appointments are necessary.

ECHR is a body of Christ ministry, with teams from across the spectrum of Christian churches and ministries in this local area. It is operated by Kingdom Expansion Ministries International which also offers Bethel Sozo prayer ministry by appointment.

Caring Coach

Catholic Charities of NW Florida will hold a food distribution at 3 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at The Baker Recreation Center; at 1 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month at St. Margaret’s; and at 1 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of the month at Resurrection Church.

An ID is required for each household. Please feel free to tell anyone you know who may be in need of food assistance or SNAP enrollment to contact our office at 244-2825 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Celebrate Recovery
