SERRV Market Mini Market

The Joy Circle of First Presbyterian Church, 134 Beal Parkway SW in Fort Walton Beach, will hold a mini market of Fairly Traded Items made in 26 different countries around the world. Items that were sold out in the October Market have been restocked and a shipment of the wonderful chocolate has been received. Jewelry, scarves, decorator items, nativities, baskets, table service items, and musical instruments are some of the unique, one-of-a-kind items that are available.

The Market will be open Sundays Dec. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church. It is said that the best way to fight poverty is to pay people fairly for their work. This is NOT a fund raiser for the church. Call 243-3731 or 243-4777.

Christmas at Immanuel

Immanuel Anglican Church, 250 Indian Bayou Trail in Destin, celebrates the Christmas season beginning with a Christmas production of Godly proportions. Don’t miss “Star Trip … Our Faith Awakens” at the 10 a.m. service on Dec. 20.

Women's Meeting

One Heart One Voice Women is holding a monthly Women’s Meeting from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, at the Palms of Destin Resort. Free childcare with registration. Rev. Dee Chernicky, author and speaker, will minister and leading worship is Karen Longmire of Destiny Worship Center.

Women's Conference

The Shine On Women's Conference is Feb. 19 and 20 at The Palms of Destin. Tickets are free but you must register at Free childcare provided by Dee Chernicky Ministries. Holy Kidz Camp is contracted with Dee Chernicky Ministries.


Youth at Immanuel Anglican provides a God-saturated, safe environment where youth can feel relaxed in worship and fellowship geared just for them. The focus is to develop disciples who will become disciple makers pursuing Jesus’ commission and to be His hands and feet. Healing Rooms

Emerald Coast Healing Rooms, 215 Mountain Drive in Destin, is open for walk-in prayer ministry from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays. No appointments are necessary.

Catholic Charities of NW Florida will hold a food distribution at 3 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at The Baker Recreation Center; at 1 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month at St. Margaret’s; and at 1 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of the month at Resurrection Church.
