Students learn victory in Jesus at Immanuel

Twenty-seven campers, eight leaders-in-training and six youth-group leaders enjoyed a week of fun and learning at Immanuel Anglican Church’s Holy Mackerel Summer Camp. Each day began with praise and worship songs and a pep rally. The three teams, Team UNITY, Team FAITH and Team COURAGE, competed each day to win the Spirit Stick.

This week’s emphasis was on remembering who God is, what he has done, and what he promises to do. We can always lean on God’s word and the truth of the gospel. We can have victory through courage, obedience, faith, unity and the saving grace of Jesus.
