Man won't leave Hooters, threatens to kick deputies' 'a----'
A man who refused to leave a restaurant was escorted outside, where he threatened to beat up Okaloosa County Sheriff's deputies.
On Nov. 19 deputies were summoned to Hooter's on Emerald Coast Parkway after a man who had been asked by management to leave refused. Deputies ordered the man out numerous times; his response was, "No."
Deputies escorted him out of the restaurant. He refused to tell them his name, and after he was handcuffed he tried to pull away. He also threatened to "kill" and "kick other deputies' asses," the arrest report indicated.
He was charged with trespassing and obstruction without violence. His court date is Dec. 11.
