MEETING IN PROGRESS: City leaders to talk sign, open container ordinances (LIVEBLOG)

Destin Log Reporter Matt Algarin is at tonight's City Council meeting and will be offering a live play-by-play of what is discussed. City leaders are set to talk about an amendment to the sign ordinance, the open container ordinance and creating "flexibility" in the land development code for sidewalk requirements.
