A white suburban, with four passengers visiting from Missouri, was headed eastbound to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets when a second suburban attempted to cross three lanes of the highway at the intersection near Rooms To Go and clipped the suburban, causing the vehicle from Missouri to flip on its roof.
