Guglielmo has been proudly serving the Emerald Coast for the past 23 years and continues the tradition. Guglielmo is from the Marche Region in Italy and grew up  cooking in Northern Italy and Rome with his Mother who was also a chef. He brought his love of Italian food and family recipes along with incorporating the fresh seafood abundant along the Gulf Coast to his menu.

Many customers think of Italian and think of only pasta dishes. Guglielmo makes that and more. Using the freshest local ingredients, he has an extensive menu with traditional pasta dishes, seasonal specials, seafood, chicken, veal, lamb and steak, along with gourmet pizzas, children's menu and desserts where the gelato is imported from Italy.

He started on Okaloosa Island and then opened Guglielmo's La Fiamma, Dolce Vita and Ciao Bella Pizza. Guests can see him at Ciao Bella Pizza in the Silver Sands Premium Mall where serves the best pizza, pasta, sandwiches and salads. Celebrating 12 years at this location already! Now available, Gluten free pizza and pasta has been added to the menu.  

Tuscany Italian Bistro has nightly Happy Hour specials and Bar Menu from 5-9 p.m. along with Live Music Thursday - Saturday evenings. Guglielmo has continued his signature favorites from his freshly prepared olive oil dip, Linguine Pescatore, whole fish of the day (local caught red snapper), to his rack of lamb. For a fun evening, try the family style dinner for groups of four or more. Tuscany also has private dining rooms and is a popular venue for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate events, etc.
