Razed and ready to go: Former Twisted Palm site to see new life

The former Club Overboard/Twisted Palm building at 14051 Emerald Coast Parkway has been razed to make way for a new multi-use development project. According to the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser’s website, the 2.36-acre parcel of land changed hands from GE Destin, LLC to Sharktooth Partners, LLC in April for $2,250,000.

A company called the Shopping Center Group is also behind the project, which is expected to be called Sharktooth Commons.
