A 28-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman are charged with burglarizing a condominium in Destin.

Okaloosa County Sheriff's deputies were called on Aug. 27 around noon for a report that a man and two women were jumping balconies at Green Reef Condominiums and had dropped some items, according to the arrest reports. The three were identified by deputies.

Juan Carlos Madrigal and one of the women left together and Tracy Jean Waudby left alone, the report said. Deputies caught up with Waudby while she was walking in the Beach Villas at Destiny and she was identified by a witness.

She said she'd stayed overnight at the Green Reef condos and had helped Madrigal remove at least four televisions from wall mounts inside the residence, according to the report. She said she didn't live there and she realized Madrigal and the other woman didn't either when they told her not to turn on any lights.

She said Madrigal left with the TVs during the night and she didn't know where he'd taken them. Missing items included one 60-inch TV, two 32-inch TVs, one 50-inch TV, four DVD players, sheets and miscellaneous items, totaling around $2,645.

Some of the items were seized from Waudby's apartment after being found during the execution of a search warrant, according to the report.

Madrigal and Waudby are each charged with burglary and felony theft of more than $300 but less than $5,000.

The other woman is listed as a co-defendant in the reports, but currently does not have charges filed against her for the crime.
